  • To Prepare and Post Job Advertisements.
  • To Source for Talents and Build Strong Talent Pool Database.
  • Coordinates Psychometric Assessments.
  • Formulates Creative Recruitment Strategies.
  • Actively Participate in Job Fairs and Campus Recruitment.
  • Manages the Employee Recognition Programs.
  • Manages Employee Portal.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources specializing in Recruitment.
  • Added advantage for those with experience from Recruitment Firm.
  • Fresh graduates who are passionate in Human Resources may apply.
