  Responsibilities
 
  • To ensure timely preparation of payments for all purchases.
  • To ensure there is proper authorisation and approval for all purchases.
  • To ensure completeness of documentation and accuracy of calculations
  • To prepare monthly creditors’ reconciliation.
  • To update cash book.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Minimum required is a recognized Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in an accounting environment.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude, high level of integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
