  Responsibilities
 
  • To support Procurement functional system requirement.
  • Collaborate between Procurement System end-user and technical team for effectiveness and efficiency of system.
  • Ability to conduct e-enablement program of supplier and catalog.
  • Facilitate and coordinate strategic sourcing activities.
  • To work closely with business units to understand their needs and service level demand.
  • Monitor and highlight overall strategic sourcing opportunities/ priorities based on Group Spend.
  • Proactively research procurement best practices and cascade down.
  • Special projects to be assigned from time to time.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must displays the understanding supply chain practices, business processess and ability to communicate with technical.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
