- To support Procurement functional system requirement.
- Collaborate between Procurement System end-user and technical team for effectiveness and efficiency of system.
- Ability to conduct e-enablement program of supplier and catalog.
- Facilitate and coordinate strategic sourcing activities.
- To work closely with business units to understand their needs and service level demand.
- Monitor and highlight overall strategic sourcing opportunities/ priorities based on Group Spend.
- Proactively research procurement best practices and cascade down.
- Special projects to be assigned from time to time.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must displays the understanding supply chain practices, business processess and ability to communicate with technical.
- Well verse in Microsoft Office
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
