  Responsibilities
 
  • Ensure effectiveness and excellence in customer care.
  • Constantly monitoring trends in customer care for applicability
  • Analyse & manage customer problems and feedback from shoppers.
  • Handle customer care and CSR initiatives.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Possess Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Social Science/Psychology or any related disciplines
  • 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrates teamwork yet able to work individually to achieve objectives
  • Meticulous, analytical and able to identify customer service issues and address the issues tactfully
  • Articulate, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written) or any other language will be an advantage
