  Responsibilities
 
  • To ensure daily revenue is correctly captured and recorded.
  • To ensure completeness of documentation and accuracy of calculations.
  • To ensure proper authorisation and approval for transactions such as allowances, rebates, vouchers, entertainment checks etc.
  • To conduct periodic surprise cash count.
  • To ensure control procedures implemented are strictly adhered to.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Minimum required is a recognized Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Hotel Management.
  • Minimum two (2) years related working experience.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude, high level of integrity and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good knowledge of OPERA and other software applications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry will be an advantage.
