  Responsibilities
 
  • To assist in monthly payroll processing.
  • Provide support in the day to day administration for commission processing.
  • To support the recruitment and staff welfare.
  • Responsible for preparation HR letters.
  • Maintaining staff records, filing systems and updated employee database.
  • Ad-hoc duties may assigned by the superior from time to time.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma holder in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 or two year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Advantage for those who had experience in handling foreign workers especially preparing documentations such as working permits, visa and so on.
  • Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communacation skills.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Applicants must be willing to work Ipoh.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Can start work immediately will be an added advantages
