- To assist in monthly payroll processing.
- Provide support in the day to day administration for commission processing.
- To support the recruitment and staff welfare.
- Responsible for preparation HR letters.
- Maintaining staff records, filing systems and updated employee database.
- Ad-hoc duties may assigned by the superior from time to time.

- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma holder in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 or two year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advantage for those who had experience in handling foreign workers especially preparing documentations such as working permits, visa and so on.
- Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communacation skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Applicants must be willing to work Ipoh.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Can start work immediately will be an added advantages
