What can you expect when selected: • Coaching and mentoring by the Director of Operations. • Challenging cross-functional assignments consist of on-the job development in each and every sub-departments of the Operation Division. • Talents will also be given periodic certification courses, such as the prestigious PPK (Malaysia Association for Shopping and Highrise Complex Management). • Opportunity to travel as talents will be sent to other Shopping Malls to conduct market study. • Half-yearly review by the Senior Management to allow two-way dialogue and for the talents to know what is expected of them from the board from time to time. A clearer understanding of each individual’s progress in the program will ensure proper development. • Talents will be given every opportunity to explore their inner potential, make critical decisions and accept the accountability that comes with early responsibility. • Attractive remuneration. |

• A recognized Bachelors degree with a graduating CGPA of 3.30 or a Second Class Upper. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Strong ability to work both independently and as a team. • Strong commitment and passion towards the retail management industry. • Outstanding communication, inter-personal & analytical skills. • Dynamic and self-motivated individuals. • Malaysian citizens only. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. |
