  Responsibilities
 
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email, prepare sales kits and brochures as required.
  • Follow up all enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Co-ordinating all details for the client, including food and beverage, AV equipment,
  • entertainment, themes etc
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers and the reservation department of our group of hotels to ensure that service and rates are extended to our clients.
  • Assist in implementing the sales strategy set by the Sales Manager for new and repeat business and upselling.
  • Able to plan and build on personal sales programs to achieve targets and goals.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Presentable, must possess initiative, commitment and drive.
  • Resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business
  • Possess functional knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Committed in learning new skills and sales oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
