  Responsibilities
 
  • Responsible for the general administrative duties of the department and provide secretarial support.
  • Assisting Marketing & Communication Department’s day-to-day administrative matters, office management, especially on the tracking of deadlines and follow-ups with respective teams, partners and third-party on projects progress.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organization skills and has the ability to prioritise work and meet tight timelines.
  • Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment.
  • Must thrive in a high-paced working environment
  • Strong PC skills, especially in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
