  Position Executive - Credit Collection

  Responsibilities
 
  • Timely billing and collection.
  • Timely month end closing of account.
  • Timely reconciliation of account with Account Department.
  • Proper documentation on billings, reminders, termination notice and other related documentation to be file with the terms stated in membership agreement.Answer verbal or written on member complaints and dispute in any matter related to billing, collection and termination within 24 hours. Report the dispute to manager.
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and warmly within 3 rings.
  • Providing support to other colleagues in their daily operational duties.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas/suggestion.
  • Take on new assignment assigned by the Management or Manager from time-to-time with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
 
  Requirements
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or Others.
