- Provide prompt professional customer service
- Deliver accurate information & resolving issues on products & services
- To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Fresh graduates, Degree holder in any field.
- Must have credits in SPM in English, Bahasa and Math.
- Able to converse fluently in English.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work on rotating & staggered shift hours as well as weekends.
- Passionate in customer service is an added advantage
