Responsibilities

• To provide technical and functional expertise plus application support for Peoplesoft applications and in the areas of interfaces with other systems.
• To work with different department/divisions to analyze the nature of the business processes, examine alternative options and recommend a solution ensuring that changes comply with both functional and technical requirements.
• To assist in planning, execution of upgrades and implement functions of new or changed processes and to document possible improvements.
• Will be working with system support, DBA and administrator team in defining the maintenance and support plan.
• To develop, promote and maintain effective working relationships with 3rd parties.
• To identify and resolve application functionality problems/discrepancies/bugs ensuring the proper regime of escalation.
• To be able to generate reports based on user requirements.
• To provide training to end-users when required or requested by them.
Requirements

• Must have Degree in IT/Computer Science or any related field with about 4 to 5 years of working experience.
• Preferably to have experience in Peoplesoft V9.
• Good in IT support and operations.
