Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for network monitoring, fault resolution, technical support and attending to trouble tickets for all areas under departmental responsibilities.
  
• Address and resolve technical complaints from internal and external parties.
  
• Perform first-level troubleshooting, technical fault rectification; execute on-going corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Perform proactive monitoring on the content and system/network performance to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Degree in IT/Computer/Communication Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field of studies.
  
• Ability to understand and review technical drawings, e.g. Visio.
  
• Experience in Network Operation Centre (NOC) or Service Operation Centre (SOC) operations Terrestrial/Multi-Channel Television Broadcast and good understanding on networking protocols and database applications, e.g. Microsoft SQL and/or Microsoft Access be an advantage.
  
• This is a shift-based role.
