Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Achieve monthly and yearly sales target by managing outsource/in-source sales team of minimum 30 telemarketing officers 2.To assist Senior Manager, Telemarketing in strategizing new promotional activities for related products and services. 3.Initiative to explore new segment market 4.Design & implement sales challenge from time to time to improve sales performance 5.Conduct sales audit & prepare monthly sales audit report 6.Conduct internal and external business audit 7.Monthly business review with outsource/business partner 8.Establish business process flow and ensure relevant parties are aware and adhere to all business processes 9.To assist outsource agencies telesales team's fulfillment 10.Able to work with outsource telesales agency to drive recruitment, training and campaign strategy 11.Able to liaise with internal parties ie, procurement, legal, IT, marketing, HR for all business related initiatives and strategies
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS 1.Candidate must possess a diploma or a degree or professional qualification in any discipline. 2.Minimum 3 years experience in managing outsource telemarketing agency. 3.Experience in leading and managing a team of minimum 30 telemarketing officers will be an advantage. 4.Experience in project management will be added advantage. 5.Sales and results oriented with a determination to achieve target set by the management. 6.Articulate and strong communication skills in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in other languages will be an advantage. 7.Independent, self-motivated yet a team player who constantly demonstrates commitment to the delivery of quality results. 8.A strategic and critical thinker who is resourceful and able to provide solution to mitigate situations. 9.Good in presentation and MS Office.
