1.Manage productivity and Achievement related to Outbound Sales activity
a)To manage the productivity, sales achievement and Quality in all the sales team who
are involved in the specific projects
b)To assist the HOD in monitoring, managing Swap sales teams and tracking the daily, weekly monthly sales activity by making sure all teams are well informed in product related information and sufficient database are available daily for the Telemarketers to carry on the daily tele-sales activity.
c)To assist the HOD in monitoring, managing and tracking all Swap Sales related Campaigns are rolled out and completed within the given deadline
a)To ensure the quality of outbound calls within the groups are kept to a certain standard to ensure a positive customer experience
b)To achieve below 3% incoming complaints from the customers and to respond to all incoming complaints and enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders within the agreed turn around time
a)To prepare Daily, weekly, and monthly reports on Productivity and sales achievement of the sales team.
b)To track and report all sales related Campaigns within the given deadline
a)To recommend and implement 1 Automation tool to further improvise the Speed, Quality, Flexibility, Dependability, cost in day to day sales operations.
1.Certificate with 8 years experience / Diploma with 5 years experience / Degree with 3 years experience in a service related industry with supervisory experience or equivalent.
2.Good organisation, telephone and communication skill
3.Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Planning & Organizing, Strategic Thinking, Leadership skills, Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
