Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Team on adding new Features to the site
• Provide solutions for quick turn around on adding features to the site
• Responsible for code reviews (Self / Team)
• Deployment of application on Production Environment
• Design scalable / robust application and database
• Provide training and support to end users (Content Team)
• Writing Unit Tests / Documentation of the Application and Features
• Fixing Bugs and resolving issues on Production Environment
• Testing individual components of the application
• Checking performance of the application and fine tuning it to make it fast
• Make sure that all the Websites are up and running

• Degree - Bachelor degree in Technology (Computers / IT) / Masters degree in Technology (Computers / IT)
• 3+ Yrs of Experience with LAMP technologies
• 3+ years experience building high-scale consumer-facing web applications on LAMP technologies, especially PHP and Zend Framework.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL.
• Comfortable with Linux as a development and deployment environment.
• Javascript, CSS & HTML proficiency.
• Understanding of XML/JSON based RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of cross-site scripting (XSS) and other client-side vulnerabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to plan and manage in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
