Responsibilities

1) Provide prompt professional service to walk-in customer. 2)To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service. 3)To assist in queue flow & provide information to customer 4)To support the service centre team on related tasks and challenges.
Requirements

- Minimum STPM with credits in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Maths with at least 5 years working experience - Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma holders in Business Admin / Commerce / Communications / Business Econ are also encouraged to apply. - Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, other languages would be an added advantage. - Minimum 2 years related work experiences in customer service industry. - Expected age to be in your 20s or 30s. - Good PC skills in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
