Supervise and manage a team of operation Engineers in supporting 24 hours broadcast operations of the Broadcast Systems department.
Coordinate and sustain continuity of all operational activities with the shift teams.
Coordinates the information dissemination between the shift operations and external parties.
Perform system/equipment rectification within the agreed KPI’s.
Address and resolve complaints from internal and external customers.
Assist Manager/ Shift Supervisor/ Engineer in all aspects of work within the department.
Assist in project implementation, integration, acceptance testing and commissioning.
Coordinate and plan events/activities.
Train and coach Engineers on broadcast systems.
Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer/Communication Engineering, or Related Fields
3 years experience in Terrestrial/Multi-Channel Television Broadcast Experience or Operations Management (Shift and daily operations environment etc.) in Related Fields
Professional / Technical knowledge on Basic Technical broadcast knowledge, and Broadcast operations.
Effective oral/written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to perform under emergency/high pressure conditions.
Team player, a good role model and capable of working independently.
Ability to influence and distribute instruction.
Customer and service oriented.
