Responsibilities

The Job:
 Supervise and manage a team of operation Engineers in supporting 24 hours broadcast operations of the Broadcast Systems department.
 Coordinate and sustain continuity of all operational activities with the shift teams.
 Coordinates the information dissemination between the shift operations and external parties.
 Perform system/equipment rectification within the agreed KPI’s.
 Address and resolve complaints from internal and external customers.
 Assist Manager/ Shift Supervisor/ Engineer in all aspects of work within the department.
 Assist in project implementation, integration, acceptance testing and commissioning.
 Coordinate and plan events/activities.
 Train and coach Engineers on broadcast systems.
Requirements

The Person:
 Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer/Communication Engineering, or Related Fields
 3 years experience in Terrestrial/Multi-Channel Television Broadcast Experience or Operations Management (Shift and daily operations environment etc.) in Related Fields
 Professional / Technical knowledge on Basic Technical broadcast knowledge, and Broadcast operations.
 Effective oral/written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 Ability to perform under emergency/high pressure conditions.
 Team player, a good role model and capable of working independently.
 Ability to influence and distribute instruction.
 Customer and service oriented.
