Develop, implement and manage new opportunities for launch and distribution of television content in cable, broadband, satellite and mobile as well as additional pay television services and multiplex services on these platforms.
Collaborate with the Business Units and key internal executives in the development of sales and marketing strategies that drive distribution and marketing initiative to drive sales opportunities.
Work with team to manage all product distributed by the division including rights, production, and the optimization of window coordination between clients.
Coordinates with various departments, regarding status of new media releases, provide updates on rights and clearances, obtain agreements and cue sheets, and confirm content etc., as necessary;
Prioritize investment, track progress and input solution to maximise output.
Monitor staff performance, identify training needs to ensure staff is equipped with adequate knowledge and tools to carry out their duties.
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Finance (Post-Graduate preferred).
At least 8 years experience with minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution, product / brand management.
Excellent understanding of traditional and non-traditional TV platforms.
Analytical skills, resourceful, critical thinking. Strong understanding of Market, and ability to identify critical path to grow the market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social network marketing.
Excellent written/verbal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Chinese dialects will be an added advantage).
Knowledge of Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
