Responsibilities

1.Lead, manage and drive on-ground sales force including IPTV Sales Specialist, Direct Sales Agent, Reseller/Retailer and Telesales to achieve fiscal year sales target 2.To develop sales strategy and proportion of sales contribution by channel 3.Develop tactical initiatives to continuously improve sales run-rate 4.Review sales performance analytics and develop sales plan with enhanced sales approach while focusing on front-loading the sales target number 5.Recruit, train and manage IPTV on-ground and telemarketing sales force 6.Submit and present weekly sales reports to higher management with action plan to meet or over-achieve the sales target
Requirements

1.Bachelor??s Degree in related disciplines, with minimum 8 years of sales management experience and proven successful track record 2.Highly proficient in spoken and written English is compulsory 3.Spoken Mandarin/BahasaMelayu and other language skills will be an added advantage 4.Computer literate with excellent knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Windows 5.People and conflict management skills 6.Independent, self-motivated, committed and sales results-driven 7.Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 8.Analytic, planning and organizing skills
