1.In-house CIM sales submission report mapping and follow up.
2.Prepare necessary daily tracking report on all applications status. Able to analyst and highlight to business those cases pass due TAT for Project Leader to act fast.
3.Closed monitoring and follow up on all telesales application status by working closely and interactive with all business partners' sales support staff on their work progress.
4.Daily briefing with all business partners' sales support staff on all issue related to sales follow up and action to resolve all issues
5.Able to lead all business partners' support staff in achieving desired sales conversion.
6.Able to support business fast growing requirement and provide necessary mapping reports and data on time for business action.
7.Pro-active and demonstrate initiative to understand and learn product knowledge, campaign code, sales code and AMDOCS 7.5 basic customer's detail checking.
8.Assist department's recruitment activates when necessary. Help department to source enough CV by using Jobstreet and recruitment agencies to fill up all positions on time.
9.Department administration work i.e. back up existing admin executive on all LVPO and PR issuance.
10.Proactive and resourceful to handle all purchasing requirements.
11.Ensure cleanliness of the entire call centre by monitoring service provider's activities closely
12.Ensure proper representation of marketing materials at telesales call floor
13.Workstation assets management. Proper tracking worksheet in-place on all in-house workstation assets i.e headset, proximity card and locker key to ensure all in-house agents, TLs and Quality Assurance agents issued with these assets.
14.Co-ordinate with business Project Leaders and business partners' on all missing assets and ensure replacement given on time.
15.Conduct stock check on quarterly basis by using proper stock check tracking sheet and submit stock check final report 2 weeks after completion of exercise.
1.Candidate must possess a Diploma or a Degree or professional qualification in any discipline.
2.Excellent/advance skill in MS Excel is required.
3.Minimum 3 years experience in sales supports role or business administration position.
4.Analytical and a strategic thinker who is resourceful and able to provide solution to mitigate situation.
5.Good people relationship management skill.
6.Articulate and strong communication skills in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in other languages will be an advantage.
7.Independent and self-motivated yet a team player who constantly demonstrates commitment to the delivery of quality results.
