Responsibilities
• Provide prompt professional customer service
• Deliver accurate information & resolving issues on products & services
• To formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• Fresh graduates, Degree holder in any field.
• Must have credits in SPM in English, Bahasa and Math.
• Able to converse fluently in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work on rotating & staggered shift hours as well as weekends.
• Passionate in customer service is an added advantage
