Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for timely payment processing of designated Astro Companies
• Correspond with vendors and Business Units for any payment inquiries brought up to attention
• Correspond with Finance Manager of respective Astro Companies to ensure funds availability for proposed payments
• Correspond and work closely with Accounts Payable Team and Treasury Department to ensure payment processing runs smoothly
• Continuously evaluate and suggest constructive payment processes and / or transaction flows improvement, where applicable
Requirements:-
• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
