  • Job Responsibilities:-
  • Provide support and assist all BPs in all administrative functions required for stakeholder management functions.
  • Follow-up to ensure all documentation processes are completed as per set objectives & procedures and documents are submitted for approval and/or passed to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Assist BPs in required admin and documentation processes for all Stakeholder.
  • Management Projects undertaken from time to time i.e. PMS, R&R, CAP 360 Survey, Viewpoints and other projects to be introduced and implemented.
  • Provide support and assist all BPs to maintain and update accurate and correct database for projects implemented and track timelines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Organise and arrange meetings, discussions and briefings – organise logistics and post meeting follow-up initiatives-Provide support to all BP team to carry out relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in HR or related.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, meticulous.
  • Work on tight deadlines & multi task.
  • Fresh Graduates with HR related educational background are encouraged to apply.
