Source, screen and shortlist potential candidates for all open positions via multiple recruitment channels (e.g. online portals, headhunters).
Coordinate the interview process and participate in interviews in partnership with the Hiring Managers; provide feedback on candidates from a cultural fit perspective.
Contribute creative ideas for recruitment programmes and job advertisements.
Prepare and analyse recruitment reports/statistics and make necessary recommendations to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Effectively engage and manage working relationships with internal line managers, HR Relationship Managers and external recruitment agencies to enhance the recruitment process.
Work hand-in-hand with other HR Specialists in the planning and implementation of new HR initiatives.
Degree in Business, HR or a relevant field of study, with at least 3 years of related working experience in recruitment or general HR.
Must have recruitment backgrund in IT/Technology/Media.
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent interpersonal skills and tactful/ diplomatic.
Good planning and organisation skills.
Collaborative skills/team player.
