Responsibilities
- To fully in charge of the Stewarding Department in running the day to day operations as well as administration.
- To maintain the general maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene of all the F & B outlets inclusive of back of the house.
- To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all the operating equipments to the highest hygiene condition.
- To maintain an adequate store of supplies, par stock, stock issuing, distributing and storing of the equipment.
- To upkeep an up to date stock inventory of equipments.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Strong in leadership, excellent organizational skill and hands on operations.
- Strong in operational experience and ability to cope with heavy banquet events.
- Applicant should be Malaysian citizen.
- Position base in Cameron Highlands.
- Accommodation is provided on shared-basis.
