Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with effective, accurate and timely process of all reservation requirements.
- Manage, control and monitor rooms inventory of the hotel PMS, website & online brokers.
- Accurate and timely update of information into the reservation system.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the same capacity is required for this position.
- Well versed in English & Bahasa.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge in Opera PMS will be an added advantage.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Self starter, result oriented and team player.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
