Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing of project budget
• Pre-qualification of tenderers i.e Source and identify suitable tenderers, evaluation and recommendation of tenderers to participate in tender as per tender programme.
• Assist to establish Cost analysis
• Review tender and contract document.
• Assist in coordination of procurement exercise, which include calling of tender, review tender report, attend tender interview, negotiate and finalise award.
• Carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis.
• Monitoring contractual status.
• Assist in preparation of financial statement.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
