  • To perform general secretarial and administrative functions and duties.
  • To organize meetings/discussions
  • To prepare notice and agenda of meetings.
  • To attend meetings and to take minutes of meetings.
  • To keep/maintain Senior General Manager’s diary/schedule.
  • To draft/type correspondences such as letters and memo.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can converse fluently in English and specializing in Secretarial & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Well spoken in multi languages are an added advantage i.e Mandarin, Cantonese and etc.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
