Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls.
  • Attend to walk in visitors (customers / suppliers).
  • Attend to sales enquiry should marketing & sales staff not available.
  • Basic clerical work such as typing, filing and database management.
  • Distribution of incoming mails and outgoing mails.

Requirements

  • Preferably age between 24-32 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Admin/Business Management
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • 5 days work.
