Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls.
- Attend to walk in visitors (customers / suppliers).
- Attend to sales enquiry should marketing & sales staff not available.
- Basic clerical work such as typing, filing and database management.
- Distribution of incoming mails and outgoing mails.
Requirements
- Preferably age between 24-32 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Business Admin/Business Management
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
- 5 days work.
