Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
Responsible to deliver Project KPI and Goal
Responsible to operation service of the project after NE in service
Responsible of all training implemented across Technology division and Operation Department
Responsible of vendor technical support and vendor NOC performance
Manage Vendor SLA against contracture commitment with support of the teams
Facilitating customer experience management and service recovery forum
Responsible for end to end Operation Readiness within the project phase and prepare and transfer to fitness team.
Provide report weekly/monthly update and report while support KPI monthly report preparation.
Assist on feedback for all Critical PAR - Technical walkthrough in term of operation readiness and to ensure task taker is ready with mitigation plan
Provide continuous improvement program within Project operation matter, operation BAU practice, Vendor Management and related activities.

Who is strong at managing KPIs and deliverables as is expected in any sales and service organization.
Who is strong at managing technical on operation related SOPP and task in project phase to new incoming and on-going activities.
Who is very passionate about understanding customers, knowing their needs and expectations and working towards exceeding them.
Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)
You are someone who has had the strong experience of technical in Telco network system and managing Operation SOPP and project matter
At least 3 years of vendor management managing skill
Other advantageous exposures would be : good facilitation skills, negotiation skill, database management skill, problem solving, customer expectation handling skill.
