Strive for DiGi’s network to be always ahead of the other cellular operator in the country
Responsible in pre-launch optimization in both 2G and 3G to meet the coverage, capacity and quality objective timeline
Strong command in coverage, capacity and quality analysis and solution.
To lead and participate in special quality optimization projects as per requirement
To review and govern the quality of network during rollout and swap activities
Support excellent customer experience – customer complaint.
To review global 2G, 2.5G and 3G radio parameter settings and suggest recommendation for area of improvement to align with achievement of department KPI
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering with good CGPA
Good understanding in GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA technologies
Knowledge on RF product & features.
Knowledge in collecting radio network measurements, perform analysis and provide solutions based on drive test tools TEMS Investigation and NEMO Outdoor
Good in using excel
Candidates with less than 1 years experience are encouraged to apply
