  • Your role:
  • • Responsible for the performance of the channel by achieving monthly business sales target (Sales and Churn).
  • • Responsible for the recruitment and expansion of Business Channel and assigned territories to meet the goals.
  • • Responsible to ensure, managing, continual growth to the potential dealers as align with Enterprise Business directions and sales target.
  • • Lead and motivate channels to achieve sales target and to organize and conduct regular training for channels and/ or staffs in various aspect pertaining to sales of DiGi’s business products and services.
  • • Achieve the monthly sales target allocated.
  • • Co ordinate operational sales flow between channels, Sales Support and Customer Service to ensure timely activations, delivery of phones and services to business customer.
  • • Co ordinate between channels (Central & Regional) and Marketing Support to ensure timely delivery of POS materials.
  • • Organize promotional activities and campaign including Alternate channel Conference, Incentive Scheme, Sales Competition and product bundling to increase sales.
  • • Track and monitor daily sales performance and reporting.
  • • Conduct monthly report on Sales performance.
  • • Identify and work with strategic partners as an alternate channels to increase SMI sales.
  • • Provide market intelligence on other competitor’s product, package offerings & sales activities and at the same time to gather channel’s feedback on all our promotion and activities.
  • • Encourage data take-up rate

  • Your merits:
  • • At least a Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Marketing/Telecommunications or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • • Minimum 2 years Dealer Sales Management experience with proven track record.
  • • Aggressive and dynamic with good analytical skills and an acute capacity for achieving task and goal.
  • • Capable of working under high-pressure situations and under extreme time constraints.
  • • Selling, communication (verbal & written) & negotiation skills.
  • • Able to travel extensively in the Region.
  • • Working experience in the telecommunications industry an added advantage.
