Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?) Manage risk of leakage in area of responsibility along end to end revenue chains to identify potential revenue leakages, determine root causes and recommend changes to operational business processes and systems to minimise the risk and potential exposure to revenue losses Reconciling daily usage process from network elements to mediation to rating to billing/settlement and ensuring clearing reconciliation items in a timely manner Monitor and complete the analysis cycle of all control as per the defined frequency. Analyse and interpret reported data, identifying trends and anomalies, and follow up with operational functions to identify any underlying or root causes of revenue leakage Writing queries/script as needed to pull specific information to support ongoing preventive and detective revenue cost assurance initiatives Conducting ongoing review on new marketing offers and product launch for revenue risk assessment to prevent/minimize/mitigate the risk of revenue leakage. Participate in billing and network system change control review to identify potential risk of revenue leakage affecting the changes. Design and develop reports to support ongoing revenue cost assurance and prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue related metrics

Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)
A bachelor’s degree holder in a technical or financial discipline. Minimum of 2 years working experience in a mobile telecommunication environment with knowledge or experience in revenue assurance/business products and telco’s network/systems. Verifiable experience conducting investigation/interviews, collecting data, quantifying amounts in multiple systems, implementing improving plans and driving resolution. Excellent analytical, creative and problem solving abilities and exposure to Data Warehouse system and understanding of statistical analysis is added advantage Strong preference for a DiGi employee with a good understanding of DiGi’s business operations/technologies and existing processes Strong project management skills Strong communications (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and positive work attitude Good PowerPoint skills
