- Supervise the works & activities of the Housekeeping Assistant & Premises Cleaning Crew
- Handling guest complaints
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Tourism Hospitality Management course with at least 2 months practical training in Housekeeping Department
- Good interpersonal & leadership skill
- Computer literate
