Responsibilities

  • To be able to build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone.
  • To perform cold call to customers to cross-sell/up sell DMTM products.
  • To be able to achieve sales targets in the required timeline.
  • Comprehensive training is provided.
  • Customer database is furnished.


Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of SPM.
  • Possess PC skills preferably in MS Office.
  • Pleasant disposition and good communication skills.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience.
  • Willing to work on contract basis
