Responsibilities
- Liase and coordinate with consultants and contractors during CF application in order to ensure CFO is obtain in a timely manner for the completed projects.
- Liaise with Contracts department to ensure drawings and specifications for the tender are in order and construction cost are within the budget allocated
- Liaise with sales and marketing department to ensure directions of development is in sync and must ensure that materials produced (ie. plans,models,specifications,S&P plans and other related matters are in order and in accordance with the approved plans)
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Architectural / Town Planning
- 2 years working experience in Architect's firm or building construction
