Liaise with Contracts department to ensure drawings and specifications for the tender are in order and construction cost are within the budget allocated Liaise with sales and marketing department to ensure directions of development is in sync and must ensure that materials produced (ie. plans,models,specifications,S&P plans and other related matters are in order and in accordance with the approved plans) Requirements Degree or diploma in Architectural / Town Planning 2 years working experience in Architect's firm or building construction Please apply online if you have what it takes to be part of our dynamic team.
