  • - To canvass sales by providing excellent customer service, determining customer’s needs and product recommendation
  • - To supervise and ensuring implementation of the sales strategies within each area/outlet specified to ensure sales planned conducted accordingly towards the achievement of sales budget
  • - To supervise product movement and assist on coordinating promotions activities to ensure promotion runs smoothly and enable to generate incremental sales
  • - To ensure maximum efficiency in service to customers by ensuring that staff are well placed accordingly
  • - To ensure handling of customer complaints are in accordance with the company’s policies
  • - To solve or assist staff on customer complaints and answering customer’s questions and complaints intelligently with tact and calm
  • - To be responsible for the following in consultation with the Supervisor in charge on:-
  • - Merchandise exchanges and returns
  • - Merchandise reservation by customers
  • - Lost and found items
  • - To ensure staff given the highest standard of customer service by providing leadership through example
  • - To attend and provide personalized service to the privilege card holders, tour group and pre-order customers
  • - To monitor and provide information on slow moving item, feedback obtain from customer on requirement of new products and stock movement to assist on the recommendation required to be done for promotion and new product to be introduced
  • - To report any maintenance problems when detected immediately to the Supervisor in charge
  • - To be familiar and know how to operate the cash register
  • - To assist the Supervisor in charge in reconciliation of daily sales upon required
  • - To ensure proper updating of the foreign exchange in consultation with the cash controller
  • - To immediately notify superiors of any mishap to general public

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa and Pass in English & Mathematic
  • Preferable candidates who have a minimum of 2 years working experience in retail industry
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • High degree of interpersonal and inter-relations skills
  • Well groomed, mature and approachable
